Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Engineering Administrator will join our Design Engineering team on a permanent full-time basis at our Parts Distribution Centre in South Guildford.

As our highly organised administrator, you’ll enjoy supporting a large team and keep operations running efficiently! Providing essential administrative and systems support to a busy engineering team of 30-40 employees, coordinating everything from onboarding, training, travel, timesheets, reporting, and purchasing through to document control, system access, and engineering resources.

This is a diverse and fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on managing multiple priorities, building strong stakeholder relationships, and maintaining accurate records and compliance requirements. You'll play a key role in supporting audits, managing engineering systems and data, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve team efficiency, ensuring the engineering function remains organised, compliant, and well-supported.

 

Department Overview: Design Engineering - Designing, developing, and delivering innovative engineering solutions that enhance equipment performance, safety, and operational efficiency.

 

Roster – 5 Days, 8.5 Hrs/Day (inc meal break)

 

What You'll Do:

  • Team Administration & Coordination – Support onboarding, travel, training, reporting and team activities.
  • Engineering Systems & Document Control – Maintain records, systems, documentation and data accuracy.
  • Compliance, Resources & Operational Support – Coordinate audits, licences, access, reporting and team resources.
  • Continuous Improvement – Drive process efficiencies and improvements across the engineering team.

 

 Skills & Experience:

  • Administration & Team Support – Proven experience supporting large teams and coordinating multiple priorities.
  • Systems, Records & Compliance – Experience managing documentation, systems, reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Organisation & Stakeholder Management – Strong communication skills with the ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset – Ability to identify efficiencies, improve processes and learn new systems quickly.
