Operations Support Administrator

Reporting to the Operations Support Admin Supervisor, the Operations Support Administrator plays an integral role in supporting our Operations network across Western Australia. You’ll deliver a wide range of administrative and customer service tasks through a centralised delivery model, ensuring a consistent and high‑quality experience for both internal and external customers.

Location: Guildford 

Work Type: Full‑time 6 month Secondment 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high‑quality administrative support across branches, stores, and contract sites, completing assigned tasks within required timeframes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, resolving enquiries and issues promptly.
  • Operate within a centralised task‑assignment model, with work allocated via Outlook and transitioning to Zendesk.
  • Support a strong safety culture by following all company and site safety requirements.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes and enhance customer and employee experience.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by living our values and demonstrating professional behaviours.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Relevant administrative qualification or experience in a similar role.
  • Strong computer literacy and accurate data entry skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear expression.
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adaptability and confidence working across diverse tasks and environments.
  • Ability to maintain performance under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
