Reporting into Facilities Maintenance Manager the Maintenance Tradesperson will join our Maintenance department on a fulltime basis at our Guildford site. As a Maintenance Tradesperson, you’ll play a key role in delivering hands-on support across sites, performing preventative and reactive maintenance to WesTrac’s high standards.


Department Overview: Working across our Perth sites, the maintenance team is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of our buildings, plant and machinery. WesTrac's Facilities Team supports the operation and upkeep of multiple branches across Perth, ensuring all sites are safe, functional, and compliant.


Roster: Monday to Friday, 8.5 Hours per day (including meal break) 


What You’ll Do:

·         Conduct preventative maintenance

·         Attend and rectify internal maintenance requests

·         Install new fixtures, appliances, or equipment

·         Conduct on site repairs on plant and equipment.

 


Skills & Experience:

·         Current Drivers Licence

·         Trade qualification (Mechanical or Electrical)

·         General Maintenance Experience (desirable)

·         A strong commitment to safety

·         Strong organisation skills and attention to detail

·         Positive attitude and great work ethic

·         Customer focussed mindset
