Are you passionate about building capability and helping people do their best work? We’re looking for a Learning and Development Advisor who thrives on collaboration, enjoys variety and wants to make a real impact across the business.

 

In this role, you’ll partner with leaders and teams to design and deliver practical learning solutions that support performance today and capability for the future. From coordinating leadership programs to improving learning systems and processes, no two days will be the same.

Location:  South Guildford – Training Institute

Roster: – Mon – Fri 8.5 hours per day (including lunch break)

 

12 month – Fixed Term – (Parental Leave Cover)

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Partnering with leaders and stakeholders to understand learning needs and provide practical, fit‑for‑purpose solutions
  • Coordinating and supporting leadership programs, inductions, and business learning initiatives
  • Managing learning project activities including schedules, milestones, reporting, and quality assurance
  • Reviewing, and improving learning resources in collaboration with subject matter experts
  • Supporting learning assurance and compliance activities
  • Maintaining and continuously improving learning systems, tools and processes
  • Managing relationships with external learning providers
  • Actively contributing to a strong safety culture

 

What you’ll bring:

 

You’re confident stepping into an advisory role, adaptable and comfortable working at pace. You enjoy building relationships quickly and keeping learning programs running smoothly.

You’ll also have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Learning & Development, or a similar advisory role
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Proven coordination and project management capability
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (SuccessFactors desirable)
  • A relevant qualification in Training, or Business Administration (desirable)
