IT Project Manager

Reporting into the General Manager – Information Technology, the IT Project Manager will join our Information Technology team on a permanent, full-time basis at our South Guildford office.
This role involves leading strategic ICT projects, managing the IT portfolio, and driving digital transformation across the business.
Roster: Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day (including meal break)
What You’ll Do:
- Scope, plan, execute, and close strategic ICT projects aligned with business goals
- Lead project prioritisation and intake through business cases and resource planning
- Manage project execution to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes
- Govern IT budget and contract administration, including financial reporting and vendor management
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related discipline
- Experience in finance is highly desirable
- Proven experience in project management and IT within large corporate environments
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, MOP, Six Sigma) highly desirable
- Strong project planning, risk management, and analytical skills
- Proven experience in budget management and contract administration
- Effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
