If you're the kind of person who likes things organised, secure and working the way they should, this one's for you.

We're looking for an IT Asset Coordinator who enjoys owning the end user environment, from laptops and software to standards, patching and reporting. You'll be the go-to person making sure devices are built right, tracked properly and kept secure across the business.

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and plenty of variety - perfect for someone who likes structure, accountability and seeing the results of their work every day.

Location: South Guildford

Roster: Mon to Fri, 8.5 hours per day (including lunch break)

What the role involves:

  • Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Environment (SOE) configurations for hardware and software
  • Imaging and configuring new computers to align with SOE standards
  • Creating and managing software packages using SCCM and Intune
  • Monitoring, patching and maintaining devices using SCCM, Intune and MDM tools to ensure compliance
  • Managing IT asset inventory, tracking usage and ensuring accurate records
  • Generating detailed reports on asset usage, software compliance and patching status
  • Managing the full IT asset lifecycle from deployment through to decommissioning

What we're looking for:

  • Enjoy order over chaos and like things done properly
  • Have hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM, Intune and SOE builds
  • Know your way around application packaging and patching
  • Understand IT asset management and lifecycle best practice
  • Are organised, proactive and comfortable owning your space
  • Can explain technical concepts without confusing everyone

What's in it for you:

  • You'll own the SOE and asset environment, not just support it
  • Real impact on security, compliance and user experience
  • Modern tools and platforms to work with
  • Collaborative IT team who value doing things right
  • A role where structure, quality and attention to detail matter

Our Benefits inclusive of but not limited to:
