Working closely with the Workshop Supervisors, the Cylindrical Grinder uses the HVOF Machine to chrome plate cylindrical rods which are used in Hydraulic Cylinders.

 
Location: South Guildford
Roster: 8/6 – 8 days on. 6 off, 8 nights on, 6 off – 12 hour shifts OR Monday to Friday, Rotational Shifts 2 Weeks Day Shift, 2 Weeks Night, 10.5 hours (Overtime Available). 
 
To be successful the following is required: 
•    Proven experience in HVOF Operation, Chrome Plating and/ or Cylindrical Grinding (highly desirable)
•    High Risk Licence – Dogging & Forklift
•    Proven experience as a Mechanical Trade Assistant
•    Good attitude with a strong work ethic
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•    Previous use of safety and risk assessment tools such as Job Safety Analysis and Take 5's will guide you to success in this role
