Fleet Administrator

Reporting to the Operations Support Admin Supervisor, the Fleet Administrator plays an integral role in supporting our Operations network across Western Australia. The Fleet Administrator supports the team by maintaining accurate vehicle records, coordinating fleet data and transactions, and ensuring compliance across all regulatory, safety and governance requirements.

 

Roster: Monday to Friday 8.5 hours per day (including meal break).

Location: Guildford - may require occasion site visits to support operational teams.

WA Work Type: 6-month fixed term contract

What You'll Do

 

  • Lead by example, demonstrating values through actions and decisions
  • Maintain accurate fleet records and ensure regulatory and safety compliance
  • Coordinate fleet systems, data accuracy and lifecycle administration
  • Support telematics, safety systems and fleet‑related financial processes
  • Provide stakeholder support and drive continuous improvement in fleet operations



Skills & Experience

 

  • Proven administrative experience in a fast‑paced operational environment
  • Strong computer literacy, data accuracy and enterprise system capability
  • High attention to detail with strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a high‑volume service setting
  • Confident working with document management and data entry processes
