Facility and Toolstore Coordinator

Are you organised, safety-focused, and ready to support top-notch training environments? WesTrac is looking for you to join us as our Facility and Toolstore Coordinator!

 

Location: South Guildford, WA

Roster: Permanent Part-Time, 20 hours per week

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supporting Learning & Development Facilities: Training workshops and Toolstore
  • Equipment Coordination: Plan and ensure operational equipment for training delivery
  • Asset Management: Maintain workshop assets and ensure QA compliance
  • Support Training: Assist the L&D team and learners
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure equipment meets safety requirements
  • Facility Maintenance: Keep L&D facilities in top condition
  • Coordination & Compliance: Log repairs and maintenance using WesTrac systems
  • Financial Processes: Handle orders for parts, repairs, and calibrations
  • Customer Service: Maintain high standards of training support

 

To be successful the following is required:

  • Australian Automotive Trade Certificate or a Certificate in Warehousing Operations (or significant relevant experience)
  • Highrisk Forklift Licence (class LF)
  • Previous proven experience in a technical role (tool store, supply, warehouse, service person, or trades assistant)
  • Excellent safety skills and understanding of safety requirements (ChemAlert Champion or willingness to become one, SAP, Contamination Control etc.)
  • Solid understanding of tooling and equipment, including calibration requirements
  • High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal) in line with WesTrac’s Values
  • Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
