Are you passionate about quality assurance and document management? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where continuous improvement is key? WesTrac is seeking a Document Control Administrator to join our Systems and Sustainability team!

 

Location: South Guildford, WA

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5-hour days

Type: 12-month fixed-term

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Document Management System (DMS): Oversee workflows, archiving, and filing in line with ISO 9001 standards. Implement system upgrades and enhancements.
  • DMS Expert: Be the go-to person for stakeholders, providing assistance and education on the DMS.
  • Quality Management Framework: Develop, review, and manage manuals, policies, and procedures to ensure national consistency and compliance.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and execute projects focused on continuous improvements of the DMS and framework.
  • Quality and Compliance Initiatives: Drive initiatives for quality, compliance, and change management.
  • System Support: Assist with the effective use of systems like LMS, SharePoint, Promapp, and OnTrac.
  • Monthly Reporting: Generate monthly Quality and DMS reports.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of the Document Management Framework and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office, SharePoint), advanced time management, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and within a team, and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
  • Strong ability to analyse data and generate insightful reports.
  • Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
