Digital Commerce Lead

Reporting into the Head of Digital, the Digital Commerce Lead will join our Digital team on a permanent, full-time basis at our South Guildford Office.

 

This digital leadership role is responsible for driving the performance, support, and ongoing evolution of WesTrac’s digital commerce ecosystem, including our B2B channels, purchase order automation solutions, and Caterpillar’s eCommerce platforms.

 

With a strong focus on customer experience and commercial impact, the Digital Commerce Lead ensures our digital sales channels are seamlessly integrated, scalable, and aligned to business goals, empowering customers and teams alike through smarter, faster, and more connected ways to transact.

 

Roster: Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day (including meal break)

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the Digital Commerce team in delivering, optimising, and supporting WesTrac’s digital commerce platforms
  • Engage with stakeholders across Sales, Parts, Marketing, Operations, and IT to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage external vendors and partners to deliver platform enhancements and integrations
  • Oversee platform support, maintenance, and performance to meet business and customer expectations

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Significant experience in a similar digital commerce leadership role
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and digital commerce technologies
  • Strong project planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Highly organised, analytical, and capable of managing multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related discipline is desirable
