Contracts Officer

Reporting into the Contracts Manager, the Contracts Officer will join our Procurement team on a full-time basis at our South Guildford, WA location.

 

This role involves driving our Source-to-Contract, post-Award, and contract administration activities.

 

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5-hour days (including meal break)

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor expiries, new demand, lead time assessments, and monthly reporting.
  • Support category enquiries, internal stakeholders, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Assist with spend analysis, sourcing strategy research, RFx documentation, and award recommendations.
  • Manage contract obligations and mitigate risks.
  • Schedule and prepare for QBRs, track actions, and manage vendor performance.
  • Utilise Ariba, SAP, and DocuSign for pre-award and post-award processes.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, Procurement, or related fields is desirable but not essential.
  • Proven experience in administration, P2P, and/or procurement environments.
  • Advanced SAP, ARIBA, and Microsoft skills, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent ability to communicate at all levels and manage confidential matters.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
