Contracts Officer
Guildford, WA, AU
Reporting into the Contracts Manager, the Contracts Officer will join our Procurement team on a full-time basis at our South Guildford, WA location.
This role involves driving our Source-to-Contract, post-Award, and contract administration activities.
Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5-hour days (including meal break)
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor expiries, new demand, lead time assessments, and monthly reporting.
- Support category enquiries, internal stakeholders, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Assist with spend analysis, sourcing strategy research, RFx documentation, and award recommendations.
- Manage contract obligations and mitigate risks.
- Schedule and prepare for QBRs, track actions, and manage vendor performance.
- Utilise Ariba, SAP, and DocuSign for pre-award and post-award processes.
Skills & Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, Procurement, or related fields is desirable but not essential.
- Proven experience in administration, P2P, and/or procurement environments.
- Advanced SAP, ARIBA, and Microsoft skills, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent ability to communicate at all levels and manage confidential matters.
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
