Analytics Lead

Reporting into the Head of Digital, the Analytics Lead will join our Information Technology team on a permanent, full-time basis at our South Guildford office.

 

This role involves leading the Analytics function to deliver strategic insights, uplift data literacy, and drive scalable analytics solutions across the organisation.

 

Roster: Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day (including meal break)

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the Analytics Team, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment
  • Own and enhance the Power BI data model architecture and enterprise reporting
  • Execute analytics strategy and build governance frameworks for advanced analytics including AI and machine learning
  • Develop and implement data literacy programs and manage access to analytics platforms and training resources
  • Present complex analytics insights and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders, including senior and executive leadership

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience leading teams and delivering successful change initiatives
  • Proven previous experience in analytics solution design and development
  • Advanced skills in data modelling, R/Python, SQL, and Power BI
  • Strong commercial acumen and project management experience
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and deliver high-quality analytics solutions
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Business, Finance, or related discipline (desirable)
