Administrator - Service Operations

Reporting to the Area Manager – Power Trains, as the Administrator, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch administrative support.  

We're seeking a self-motivated individual with keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effortlessly. A problem-solving mindset and a focus on the bigger picture are essential for this full-time permanent role.

 

Roster:  Mon – Fri 8.5 hours per day (including unpaid meal breaks) full time permanent 

Location: South Guildford  

 

 

What you’ll do: 

 

  • Providing high-quality administrative support across the team 
  • Handling purchase requisitions and overseeing the purchasing process 
  • Managing time capture reporting to ensure accurate records 
  • Maintaining archives and ensuring documentation is well-organized and accessible 
  • Ensuring compliance with WesTrac policies and procedures 
  • Coordinating and managing training requirements for staff 
  • Overseeing safety and contamination control audits 
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders 

 

 

Skills and Experience:  

 

  • Relevant administrative qualification at tertiary level or Several years’ experience working in a similar level influencing role 
  • Professional level of computer literacy and data entry skills 
  • Effective communication skills including active listening, asking appropriate questions, clarifying the issues and expressing oneself clearly 
  • Customer service orientation 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Adaptability including the ability to perform efficiently in different environments and with diverse tasks and people 
  • Stress tolerance and the ability to maintain satisfactory work standards under pressure
