Administrator - Service Operations

Reporting into the Business Unit Manager - HMS and Drill Services, the Administrator – Service Operations will be working on a full-time Fixed term contract (12 months) in our South Guildford office. The role is responsible for handling purchase requisitions, overseeing the purchasing process, managing time capture reporting. Mobilisation of our technicians to and from sites aligned with their rosters.

 

 

Roster:  Monday – Friday, 8.5Hours per day (including unpaid meal breaks) – 12-month fixed term contract.

Location: South Guildford, WA

 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Provide first-class administrative support to ensure efficient branch operations
  • Process purchase requisitions and oversee the full purchasing lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate time capture reporting in alignment with technician rosters
  • Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation of technicians to and from worksites
  • Manage training compliance and ensure records are regularly updated
  • Conduct safety and contamination control audits in accordance with company standards
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to support service excellence

 

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience organising site mobilisation
  • Relevant administrative qualification at tertiary level or previous experience working in a similar position
  • Professional level of computer literacy and data entry skills
  • Effective communication skills with internal and external customers
  • Customer service orientation
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptability including the ability to perform efficiently in different environments and with diverse tasks and people
