Reporting to the New Machines Mining Manager, the Administrator – Service Operations will play an integral part in supporting our New Machines Mining branch across a wide range of administrative and customer facing tasks.

The position is responsible for all administrative branch activities. Duties will include but are not limited to, general administration, site mobilisations, induction requirements, ensuring timesheets are correctly entered, work order activities and quality assurance and continuous improvement.

 

Location: South Guildford

Roster: 5/2 8hrs

 

To be successful the following is required: 

  • Highly developed administrative skills with previous experience within a similar role
  • SAP & DBS experience is considered highly desirable
  • Experience with the use of Excel / Smartsheet
  • Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
  • Professional level of computer literacy and data entry skills
  • Effective communication skills including active listening, asking appropriate questions, clarifying the issues, and expressing oneself clearly
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptability including the ability to perform efficiently in different environments and with diverse tasks and people
