Accounts Receivable Officer
Guildford, WA, AU
Reporting to the Credit Supervisor, this Accounts Receivable Officer will join our Credit team on a 7-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave, based at our Guildford location.
This role is responsible for day-to-day cash application and reconciliations across the Credit & AR function, while also supporting Credit Officers with administrative tasks.
Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5 hours per day (including meal break)

What You’ll Do:
- Process and apply incoming payments to customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain and update customer remittance information and payment profiles
- Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve unapplied or misapplied cash
- Manage remittance processing in a semi-automated AI environment
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with Credit Officers
- Undertaking administrative tasks in the Credit team
Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable Officer or similar role
- The ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- System savvy professional with a proven ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and optimise the use of various digital platforms and tools to enhance workflow efficiency and support business outcomes.
- Well-developed numeric and problem-solving skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Unapplied cash and account reconciliation skills
- Ability to meet tight timelines
- Strong administrative task experience
