We’re looking for a Trades Assistant to join our Geraldton Workshop team. If you’re hands-on, safety-focused, and eager to learn, this is your chance to work with a global leader and take your career to the next level.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you’ll provide essential support to the workshop team by assisting with daily tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This role involves working closely with Leading Hands and Floor Personnel to maintain efficiency and safety.

Roster: 5 days on, 2 off | 9-hour shifts + 30-min break
Location: Geraldton Workshop (Residential)

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with preparation of tools, materials, and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas and laydown bays
• Load/unload parts and manage consumables and inventory
• Support safety compliance and workshop efficiency

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in the trade
• Ability to work effectively within a team and autonomously
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as required
• Australian Drivers License 
• High Risk Forklift ticket (desirable)
