Reporting into the Parts Supervisor, the Store person will join our Warehouse team on a permanent basis at our Geraldton branch. This role involves carrying out accurate and efficient parts interpreting, picking, packing and despatch of customer parts orders with the primary objective of providing customers with the best service possible. From time to time will also be required to assist with hose manufacturing, training provided. This is a residential based role.


About our Geraldton Branch

Our Geraldton team provide Cat® machinery solutions to suit any earthmoving business including both new and used equipment sales, heavy equipment rental, as well as parts, servicing and merchandise.



Roster: Monday – Friday, 9.5 hours (including meal break) with rostered 5 hours every second Saturday


What You’ll Do: 

  • General Warehousing duties
  • Picking/Packing & Processing Customer Order data
  • Loading and unloading trucks, moving parts with a forklift
  • Parts interpreting
  • Assisting customers


Skills & Experience: 

  • High Risk Work Licence – Forklift
  • Parts ordering and processing experience.
  • High-level understanding of OEM mining equipment and parts ideally start - CAT.
  • Previous experience working in a similar warehouse environment or parts interpreting.
  • Positive attitude with great attention to detail
  • Computer literacy - inclusive of MS Suite
  • Customer service skills – previous experience liaising with customers and handling customer enquiries seen as advantageous
