Field Service Supervisor

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Field Service Supervisor is accountable for the ownership of the customer experience by providing the complete customer care experience regarding WesTrac service, repair and general service provision queries in relation to the allocated area of service/equipment.

 

This position offers a Residential allowance, making it a compelling opportunity for candidates seeking lifestyle balance and long-term community living.

 

 

Roster:  9days on 5days off 11.5 hours per day (including unpaid meal breaks)

Location: Geraldton - residential

 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled technicians
  • Maintain and develop strong customer relationships
  • Schedule and allocate work orders for the Field Service team
  • Manage rosters and approve timesheets
  • Plan labour effectively to meet productivity targets
  • Provide technical support to the Field Service team
  • Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring a safe work environment at all times

 

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Trade qualification as a mechanic, with experience working on CAT equipment
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and people management skills
  • Proven problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation abilities
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Highly developed communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office
