Administrator - Service Operations

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Administrator is responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the Geraldton branch. In this role you will be working closely with the Field Service supervisor for all site mobilisation, job opening & invoice preparation, with an aim to learn and progress to submitting Cat Warranty claims. In addition, you will also be responsible for raising purchase orders & ensuring items are encoded onto work orders and priced correctly. 

You will thrive on providing high-level customer service to both internal and external stakeholders and providing support to all administration functions within a business.

 

Location:  Geraldton, WA

Roster: Job Share -  2 days on 5 days off (Monday & Tuesday)

 

 To be successful the following is required: 

  • Highly developed administrative skills with previous experience within a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
  • Advanced computer literacy skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
  • Time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
  • Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
