Service Advisor | Dubbo
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Service Advisor to support our Dubbo branch. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for estimating rebuild costs, planning workshop schedules, and ensuring every job meets Caterpillar’s world-class standards.
This is more than just quoting jobs—it’s about problem-solving, building strong relationships, and driving efficiency. You will collaborate with a skilled team, keep projects on track, and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Analyse rebuild projects and develop plans for successful outcomes
- Prepare accurate scopes of work, estimates, and quotations
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure clarity and confidence in every job
- Maintain a library of pricing and quotation data for streamlined processes
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, boost efficiency, and enhance customer experience
Skills & experience
- Australian recognised mechanical trade qualification highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience within a project management or estimating role
- Experience with pricing and planning systems and tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Uptake, Excel)
- Familiarity with Caterpillar products (desirable)
- Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to manage fluctuating workloads
- Ability to problem solve whilst having well-developed analytical & decision-making abilities
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop strong positive relationships
- Communication skills with well-developed negotiation & conflict resolution skills
- Computer literacy skills – MS Office
