Due to an internal promotion, WesTrac is seeking a Branch Administrator to coordinate key office functions and administrative tasks to ensure optimal efficiency of the Dubbo branch.

 

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will see you acting as the first point of contact welcoming internal and external stake holders, being accountable for maintaining purchase orders, monitoring office and workshop consumables, actioning timesheets and other miscellanies administrative duties. This role plays a key function in supporting the wider team of 35 personnel within the fast-paced Dubbo branch.

 

Skills and experience:

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated experience in an administration role
  • Commitment to the customer experience
  • Strong commitment to safe work practices
  • Experience in a similar industrial blue-collar environment desirable
