About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised General Administrator to support our team with day‑to‑day administrative and office operations. This is a full‑time position offering an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys helping others and takes pride in delivering accurate, high‑quality work.

In this role, you will manage documentation, data entry, customer and internal enquiries, scheduling, and general office coordination to keep our operations running smoothly. You will work closely with various departments, providing reliable administrative support to ensure efficient workflows and a positive experience for colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry, record management, and document processing.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails and internal enquiries with professionalism and timely support.
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and day‑to‑day office organisation.
  • Update spreadsheets, prepare basic reports, and support team documentation needs.
  • Maintain filing systems, office supplies, and general administrative processes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide information and support workflow requirements.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Strong administrative skills with experience in data entry and document management.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or office support role.
  • Experience using business systems such as SAP, Pronto or SuccessFactors.
  • Understanding of workflow processes, reporting or operational support.
  • Exposure to a workshop, mining, or heavy equipment environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
