We’re on the lookout for an experienced Parts Sales Coordinator to become a key player in our Canberra team. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to make an impact.
In this pivotal role, you will use your product knowledge to identify customer needs, ensure parts are ordered and delivered promptly, and keep operations running smoothly. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll work closely with a supportive team to manage enquiries, dispatch goods, and assist with general warehousing duties.

The roster for this position is Monday to Friday, 9.5 hour shifts with an on-call rotation every second Saturday.

Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for all parts orders
- Inbound order call management
- Parts interpretation
- Follow up customer enquiries + regular stocktakes
- Assisting with warehousing duties such as picking, packing, and dispatching parts
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a high-level customer service role
- Problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Intermediate computer literacy skills – MS Office and internet-based applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and a diverse range of team members
- Positive attitude and passion to deliver the best outcome for the customer every time
