Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to expert for our customers across the stunning Southwest region. Based out of our Bunbury branch, this full-time, permanent role is all about diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Caterpillar equipment, plus providing top-notch warranty support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Hitting the road to customer sites and tackling equipment faults head-on
  • Performing repairs, maintenance, and servicing on mining and marine gear
  • Managing work orders and warranty support like a pro
  • Driving Product Improvement Plans and Support Programs
  • Keeping safety front and centre while helping customers hit their reliability goals

 

Skills and Experience:

  • An Australian-recognised Heavy Mobile Plant Trade Certificate
  • A valid Aussie driver’s license (LR minimum)
  • High Risk Work Licenses (LF, DG, WP, WAH)
  • Refrigerant Handling License (bonus points!)
  • Diagnostic wizardry with CAT SIS & CAT ET
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and thriving under pressure

 

Your Roster:

  • Option 1: 9 days on, 5 days off (10.5-hour days)
  • Option 2: 8 days on, 6 days off (10.5-hour days)
