WesTrac are currently seeking Heavy Duty Plant Mechanics for the Workshop Plant Mechanic positions in Bunbury. Jobs include but not subject to - general machine repairs, new machine build ups, component change outs and component rebuilds. There is opportunity for regular overtime and potential weekend work. Candidate must be able to work in a team and independently.

This is a great opportunity to work for an OEM dealer and a high performing diverse team and be home every night.

Roster: 

• Monday to Friday. 10.5hr shifts inclusive of 30 mins meal break.
• Residential in Bunbury. 

To be successful the following is required:

• Australian recognised Trade Certificate, Plant Mechanic, Automotive Heavy Vehicle, Diesel Mechanic.
• Must be a Bunbury (or surrounds) resident.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
• Previous post trade experience on heavy mobile machinery or strong general mechanical experience (Caterpillar machinery experience is highly advantageous).
• Forklift ticket.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
