About the Role

 

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Field Service Supervisor is accountable for the ownership of the customer experience by providing the complete customer care experience regarding WesTrac service, repair and general service provision queries in relation to the allocated area of service/equipment. 

 

The role is accountable for ensuring effective work order management and department performance to achieve WesTrac’s targets of productivity and compliance to Caterpillar, customer and WesTrac requirements.

 

Location: Bunbury

 

Roster: (9D / 5O or 10D / 4O)  Permanent Full-Time 
 

To be successful the following is required: 
•    Relevant HD Trade background. 

•    Experience leading a team in a similar industry (desirable)

•    Sound Communication and Engagement skills with the ability to issue clear directives in a high-risk working environment.
•    Understanding of OH&S requirements and quality risk assessments
•    Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and utilising the knowledge and rapport to exceed customer expectations. 
•    Experience working in a dynamic work environment and demonstrate the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
•    Excellent Customer facing skills and relationships building skills.
•    Ability to effectively utilise various computer systems. 

 

Requirements for the role

  • Extensive experience in Mechanical Supervisory position (Dealership experience is Desireable)
  • Previous experience within a warehouse, parts or distribution environment
  • Caterpillar Systems, Parts and Product knowledge.
  • Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Have the demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team
