About the role
WesTrac is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join our team. This role will be on a Monday-Friday full time basis based at our branch in Bathurst.
Reporting to the Parts Supervisor, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate handling, storage, and dispatch of goods within our warehouse. As a Warehouse Operator, you will load and unload stock and parts, perform general housekeeping, conduct stocktaking, order parts and utilise computer systems for sales and service requirements.
With a safety conscious mindset, this role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Roster & Remuneration
- Monday to Friday – Day shift ONLY
- Rates starting FROM $33.30 + OT $49.95 + Super*

Skills & Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- WMS Manhattan scale experience (highly desirable)
- Sound computer skills
- General Warehouse operator duties
- Ability to work individually and collaboratively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Great time management skills
- Valid Driver's Licence and HRW Forklift Licence (highly desirable)
