Parts Interpreter - Bathurst

 

Join our team in Bathurst as a Parts Interpreter!

Reporting to the Parts Supervisor, this role will see you utilising your product knowledge to identify parts and determine availability of stock for some of our biggest customers in the region. As a Parts Interpreter you will work alongside our team to field enquiries, assist our customers in ordering parts, dispatch goods and perform general warehousing duties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with parts interpretation or customer service experience to gain exposure to the industry.

Successful candidates will be required to work every second Saturday.
*For internal purposes, this role is referred to as a Part Sales Coordinator.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for all parts orders
  • Inbound order call management
  • Parts interpretation
  • Follow up customer enquiries + regular stocktakes
  • Assisting with warehousing duties such as picking, packing, and dispatching parts
     

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a high-level customer service role
  • Previous exposure to CAT equipment is highly regarded, however training will be provided
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills - MS Office and internet-based applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and team members
  • Positive attitude and passion to deliver the best outcome for the customer every time
