Auto Electrician | Bathurst

WesTrac is seeking a skilled Auto Electrician to join our Bathurst team!

In this workshop‑based role, you will work on a variety of underground, quarry and civil CAT equipment, completing electrical repairs, maintenance and installations that keep customer machines operating safely and reliably. You will diagnose electrical issues, upgrade and repair systems, and ensure all work meets Caterpillar and WesTrac quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for Auto Electricians who enjoy hands‑on work, consistent workshop hours, and collaborating with a close‑knit technical team.

Roster Options

• Monday to Friday – day shift only
• 10 hours daily

Skills & Experience

• Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology (Australian Recognised) with heavy industry experience
• Caterpillar product knowledge and maintenance experience desirable
• Diagnostic and repair skills and a strong commitment to service excellence
• Excellent attitude to your work, and dedication to safe work practices
• Current Drivers Licence
