About the role

WesTrac in Cobar are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator. The successful applicant will be a motivated individual, who has previous experience as a Warehouse Operator in a similar industry would be greatly desired. This is a fast-paced role, where you are required to think fast and on your feet.

The roster available for this position is a Monday to Friday roster, 10.5 hour shift inclusive of a 30-minute unpaid meal break.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking, packing and dispatching of orders using RF Scanners
  • Receiving and checking incoming stock
  • Stock control including but not limited to stock counts
  • Reviewing and correcting inventory reconciliation errors
  • Assist in solving discrepancies relating to stock and orders
  • Processing customer order data into the Warehouse Management Systems
  • Liaise with couriers
  • General housekeeping

Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Suite  
  • Commitment to Safety
  • Current Forklift license
  • Previous experience in a Warehouse
  • Experience in administering purchasing and inventory
