WesTrac are looking for a motivated Customer Business Analyst to join our growing Client Solutions Team.
Reporting to the Digital Support Manager, this role is responsible for day to day subscription management and billing of Digital Mining products, maintaining positive relationships with customers and tracking monthly financial metrics, aligned with the objectives of accurate and timely billing of new and renewed product and support subscriptions.
This role supports Technology sales team in improving accuracy of quotes, continuous positive customer experiences across the digital support lifecycle. This role will be a key part of our Support team, ensuring objectives and KPI’s are constantly achieved.
We are looking for a highly organised, driven, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail who can manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines.
Location: WesTrac Perth Branch, Reid Road Perth Airport
Roster: Monday to Friday, Full-time Permanent
To be successful the following is required:
Tertiary qualification in a related field (e.g. Commercial, Marketing or Business disciplines)
Experience in Construction, Mining or related industries, with operational knowledge
Experience in a customer focused application support role
Demonstrated passion for and commitment to building strong customer relationships
Able to effectively assess, prioritise and escalate issues and solutions
High level problem-solving skills with the ability to follow through required actions to resolution
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build and maintain successful working relationships across a range of internal and external stakeholders
Advanced time management skills
Highly developed attention to detail when dealing with high volumes of data across multiple systems
Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and autonomously
Knowledge and understanding of WesTrac / Caterpillar technology products, will be an advantage
