Skills and Experience

• Plant Mechanic, Engineering, Mechanical Trade qualification or similar
• Previous experience in a leadership role
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Natural leadership qualities
• Ability to work independently
• Supportive and “can do” attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Current forklift licence (not essential as we can provide the training)
• A demonstrated commitment to safety and the environment
