About the Role
WesTrac is seeking a Sales Lead Specialist (Internal Position title: Aftermarket Lead Specialist) to join our team and manage the sales pipeline for our aftermarket product stream. Working closely with Sales Representatives across the state, the ALS will ensure that the sales leads are correctly managed and the data is accurately captured in CRM system. As a Sales Lead Specialist with WesTrac, you will be a key contributor to the lead management strategy and will be responsible for analysing and optimising the lead to the opportunity funnel and will report on key metrics regularly.
This position is a Full Time role based from our Casula Branch.
Key Responsibilities
Support sales reps in disqualifying leads following the correct process
Ensure qualified leads are being correctly actioned
Ensure Lost reasons are being correctly filled out
Ensure the leads are correctly closed as won, lost or no deal
Support managers to upload and manage focused leads
Assign marketing leads to the correct campaign and rep for follow up
Identify opportunities to improve quality of leads
Be the point of contact between Cat and WesTrac
Qualifications and Experience
Tertiary qualifications in Business or similar field
Post qualification workplace experience of 2+ years
Key Skills
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to learn systems quickly – experience with a CRM system is desired but not essential
Ability to analyse reports and data to provide insights into trends
Great time management and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities
