About the opportunity 

We are seeking an experienced and team orientated Service Planner to join our Kalgoorlie branch. As the successful applicant you will be required to communicate and schedule all customer requirements. Quoting - accurate and timely quotes for both Field Service and Workshop, Component Scheduling and reporting & New Machine Work order management – opening, vendors engagement and invoicing.

Roster: Monday – Friday

• Kalgoorlie Residential Position

What we're looking for:

As the successful candidate you will possess the following skills:

• Mechanical Trade Certificate (Post trade 4-5 years)
• Advanced diagnostic skills
• Ability to schedule and prioritise activities within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Dedication to customer satisfaction and service requirements
• Sound knowledge of Caterpillar equipment and literature systems
• A demonstrated commitment to safety and the environment
• Previous Supervisory & scheduling experience
• Intermediate level or higher of MS suite

You will have a proactive approach to your work with demonstrated experience working in high performing teams and have a methodical approach to problem solving.
