Warehouse Operator

About the role

WesTrac are currently seeking an experienced and team oriented Parts Store person to join our Canberra branch. You will be responsible for general tooling and parts distribution. The Parts Store person will provide exceptional customer service skills and work well as part of a team.

The position will be offered as a full time permanent position working 10 hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tooling and parts requirements to the service department
• Control tooling repairs
• Manage incoming deliveries and dispatches
• Storage and management of service WIP new parts
• Maintain warranty store records and manage warranty parts storage
• Carry out stocktakes
• Ensuring a safe work environment is maintained at all times

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Supportive and "can do" attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Current forklift license
• Current LO license
