Product Support Analyst 

 

About the role

Reporting to the Product Support Sales Manager you will be working with our Product Support team based at our Tomago Branch. 

You will be accountable for providing operational support to the team by undertaking a range of customer-focused activities assisting business units with continuing their focus on the above areas with the intent to increase revenue, productivity, quality and customer service in line our strategic focus.

This exciting opportunity will have you begin a structured three year Graduate Program that will allow you to gain exposure to large parts of the WesTrac business while supporting the product support team, providing the opportunities to build your promising career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with scoping, creation, coordination and completion of projects relating to market development, Caterpillar Production Systems, data analysis, Vision link connections, parts delivery, forward operations planning and project management 
  • Rotate through business units providing operational support

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Commerce, Business or Supply Chain
  • Previous exposure to business, project management, accounting and marketing related functions
  • Strong computer literacy skills in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Ability to build and maintain successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
