This position is responsible for the analysis of all machine components for surface and subsurface cracks as per Industry Standard and WesTrac procedure. You will be required to compile reports of findings for customer departments and maintain NDT job files. Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor your roster will be Monday to Friday, 10 hours per day.

To be successful in this role you will require the ability to establish, develop and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external customers requiring NDT work throughout Western Australia. You will also be required to be flexible in your working environment.

• Adhering to the Workplace and Safety Act.
• Working in a possibly, repetitive work environment.
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong display of teamwork including cooperating with fellow team mates and coordinators.
• Excellent housekeeping and clean working habits.
• The ability to work to a high quality and follow procedures to ensure ultimate “end user” satisfaction.
• Display flexibility and be available for weekend and extended hours when required.
• Be self-motivated and dedicated to Customer requirements.
• Show a strong mechanical aptitude.

• Dogging & Forklift Ticket
• MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection) Level 2
• DPI (Dye Penetrant) Level 2
• UT (Ultrasonic Inspection) Level 2
• ET (Eddy Current Inspection)
