The Customer Coordinator is accountable for the 'ownership of the customer experience' by providing the complete customer care experience in regards to WesTrac service, repair and general service provision queries. Monday to Friday, 10 hours per day.
As the single point of contact between the customer and the WesTrac workshop, the Customer Coordinator is responsible for the effective and efficient coordination of the scope, scheduling, pricing and invoicing of the work required, whilst ensuring that the customer's repair and service requirements are achieved with agreed time frame and budget.
Report to the area manager, the roster is Monday – Friday, 10 hours per day, with 4x Saturdays worked per year primarily at our Reid Road branch.
The role:
Ensure the customers are kept informed of job progress and expected completion times/dates
Provide repair and service solutions/options in consultation with the workshops and/or Sales and Parts Departments
Create, process and monitor service work orders
Provide accurate quote analysis and generation in accordance to the customer requirements
Complete ongoing monitoring of Work In Progress (WIP) to ensure jobs are completed within agreed time frame and to approved scope of work/budget
About you:
Mechanical trade qualification highly desireable
Demonstrated highly developed customer service skills with an understanding as to the importance of effective Customer Management
Highly developed communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal)
Advanced stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships
Mechanical aptitude
Intermediate computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Office)
Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills to enable effective resolution of issues within the workplace and/or customer disputes
