Job Details:

Reporting to the Contract Manager, the Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the management, control & coordination of components and parts for supply agreements, warranty and onsite inventory. The Warehouse Coordinator will ensure parts and component supply is processed correctly to maximise the customers supply requirements and minimise claim rejections and the exposure to contract agreement penalties and costs.

The Warehouse Coordinator will be required to ensure the day-to-day inventory control of the site based stock on the WesTrac inventory list and keeping the Contract Manager well informed of any matters relating to the parts and components for work being performed in order to assist full compliance with the daily / monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) requirements.

  • Reporting to Contract Supervisor
  • Kalgoorlie Residential only: 5 days on, 2 days off
  • 10.5 hours per shift inclusive of a 30 minute unpaid meal break

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar parts interpretation and inventory management role, coupled with demonstrated knowledge of inventory and supply chain warehouse, parts and freight processes
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills - MS Office, internet based applications and experience using a computer based inventory management system
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
  • High Risk Fork Lift ticket
  • National Police Clearance (within 6 months or willing to obtain)


  • Knowledge of WesTrac parts and systems
  • Previous Caterpillar parts dealership experience
  • Forklift licence
  • Previous experience in hydraulic hose assembly
  • SAP experience
