As a result of sustained growth, to ensure the ongoing operational success of our business, WesTrac are seeking a Rewards Specialist for our newly created role of Senior Reward Analyst.
Based in South Guildford and Reporting to the Reward and Engagement Manager, this role is responsible for providing technical subject matter expertise and analytical insights into the development and implementation of remuneration and benefits programs to improve the attraction and retention of skilled talent through a Total Reward Strategy. In this role you will be required to provide remuneration analysis, presenting findings and recommendations as well as co-ordinating/leading projects.
As the ideal candidate, you will extensive experience as an Analyst, preferably dealing with analytics, workforce metrics and HRIS as well as experience in remuneration practices across a large, complex organisation. To complement this, you will also a demonstrated ability in solving complex, ambiguous problems by working collaboratively with others.
You will also have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance or business-related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient with compensation research.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Ability to self-manage projects.
- Expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage complex data sets.
