As the Technical Representative you’re responsible for managing all service issues, machine operation and overall equipment performance. You’ll be required to carry out analysis & provide recommendations and guidance around maintenance processes, repairs and improvements.
This role is based in South Guildford working a 5:2 roster, 8 hours per day with a minimal amount of regional & metro site travel. You will also be required to be on call.
- HD Mechanical Trade qualification
- Sound knowledge across a range of CAT products
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with diagnostic tools
- Failure analysis skills
- High level of communication & customer service skills
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement
